How accurate is the IQ test? +
MindsMetric is an AI-powered psychometric self-assessment tool — not a clinically administered IQ test. Results are informative and designed to be consistent across retakes, but for legally or medically certified IQ scores (e.g. for Mensa or clinical diagnosis), you would need a licensed psychologist. Think of MindsMetric as a rigorous, research-based self-assessment.
What is the Big Five and why does it matter? +
The Big Five (OCEAN) model — Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism — is the most scientifically supported personality framework in psychology. Unlike MBTI, it is continuous, not categorical, and has been replicated across cultures globally. It's used in academic research, clinical psychology, and hiring decisions worldwide.
